CDJ Class Video Contest!

VIDEO SUBMISSIONS DUE FRIDAY, APRIL 26, 2024

We’re having a video contest, and YOUR class could be featured in the Children Discovering Justice curriculum – and have the chance to win a free pizza party!

How to participate:

1) Click your grade level below to complete the entry form:

 

2) Record your class video using the provided script.

3) Email your final video submission to Victoria Suri, K-5 Curriculum Developer: vsuri@discoveringjustice.org.

Guidelines:

  • Every students on film must provide a signed media release from their school.
  • We will select one winner from each grade level to receive a free pizza party!
  • Final video submissions are due by 11:59 PM EDT on Friday, April 26, 2024.

Kayla Nordman

Kayla Nordman believes strongly in expanding access to comprehensive civic education to provide the next generation with the resources they need to uphold and expand upon the values of American democracy and create a more equitable future. Before joining Discovering Justice, she worked as a Legislative Intern at the Massachusetts State House and as a Program Manager for the Massachusetts Center for Civic Education. Kayla graduated from Suffolk University with a BA in International Relations.
