On Thursday, June 20, 2024, guests joined us at the Moakley Courthouse and on Zoom for a riveting panel discussion delving into Morgan v. Hennigan (1974), the historic Boston desegregation case decided by Judge Garrity 50 years ago on June 21st, 1974.

This event was conceived by the Boston Desegregation and Busing Initiative, a committee of community leaders and activists organizing forums, exhibits, and partnerships during the 50th anniversary of Boston school desegregation.
